Pick-Up and Shipping FAQ
Pickup Times!
When selecting to pickup an order, as we do not have a physical store at the current moment, we will email or message you in regards to availability and time for picking up your order!
Please be sure to leave either your contactable email or phone number so we can contact you to arrange pickup times.
Monday and Tuesday available all day for pickup
Wednesday through to Sunday dependant on availability
Pickup Location!
Pickup will be in Melbourne CBD, Southbank so if outside the ability to pickup from this area please do select a shipping option or your order will not be fulfilled.
Shipping!
Shipping out your orders will be done on the next business day from your order date, if incorrect shipping address is used please email us with correct details.
Make sure to include phone number and email address when making a purchase so we can properly attach tracking through Australia post to your order.
Bundled Shipping!
If you have placed an order with us after the previous order and wish to add more items to your shipment, please message us and we can potentially bundle those items together for you!
Packaging!
All packages when shipped out no matter how large or small will be packaged with care and what we believe to be an excessive amount of bubble wrap and box protection for the larger orders. We know how frustrating it can be to receive an order that was damaged in transit or not as planned.
